A driver has been involved in a serious crash in the northern suburbs, forcing road closures on a major expressway.

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash in Adelaide’s north,
Police were called to Hanson Rd, Wingfield about 8.30pm, after reports of a single vehicle collision on the bridge over the Port River Expressway.
Hanson Rd is closed to all traffic from Hines Rd including the exit ramps from the Port River Expressway onto Hanson Rd.
Motorists are being advised to use an alternative route.
Major Crash Investigators are making their way to the scene.
