A Mid-North Coast clubbie and tradie has been ordered off the road for his latest traffic transgression.

Justin Luke Hore faced Forster Local Court on Wednesday last week where it was heard he had notched up 13 prior traffic infringements.

The 47-year-old from Failford came before Magistrate Brian van Zuylen for sentencing for low range drink driving.

Mr van Zuylen questioned the assertion he should be given leniency based on his prior traffic record.

“I don’t think your driving record is very good,” he said.

The magistrate told the court Hore had four speeding matters and a previous mid-range drink driving matter on his record.

Mr van Zuylen also detailed a prior dangerous driving incident and a driving without a seatbelt infringement.

“The community suffers enormous losses” from people who flout the traffic rules , he told the court.

Hore was pulled over along Manning St, Tuncurry, about 7.45pm on May 26 and blew over the limit (low range), according to court documents.

He was fined $400 and disqualified from driving for three months.

Hore appeared disappointed with the outcome, shaking his head as he left court.
