Woman hospitalised with head injuries after cow ‘incident’

A woman has been taken to hospital after she sustained a head injury in what Queensland Ambulance Service reports was a cow ‘incident’.

A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after an incident involving a cow.

The woman, aged in her 50s, was on a private property in Witheren, southeast of Canungra, when she suffered a head injury inflicted by a cow about 11.25am.

An ambulance transported her to Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast in a stable condition.

QAS were not able to provide an update on the cow’s status and would not reveal how the woman sustained her injuries.
