GOLD Coast Instagram influencer Tammy Hembrow has splashed almost $3 million on a new waterfront mansion.

The 26-year-old single mum and entrepreneur, who runs online fitness and active wear businesses and has more than 11 million Instagram followers, has emerged as the buyer of the $2.88 million Broadbeach Waters property.

The five-bedroom home occupies a near-1000 square metre prime site on the Nerang River.

It boasts 30 metres of river frontage and has its own jet ski ramp, jetty and a fire pit.

Property records reveal Ms Hembrow settled on the purchase in mid-June.

It will be a new home for her and her two children Saskia and Wolf, with whom she shares custody with ex-fiancée Reece Hawkins.
