A woman has been taken to hospital after a fire tore through a Logan home Monday morning.

A woman has been taken to hospital after a fire tore through a home at Slacks Creek, Logan, Monday morning.
Emergency crews arrived at 8.33am to the King Street home, with the house already well-involved in the blaze.
All people in the home at the time were evacuated and King Street was blocked off.
One woman was taken to the Logan Hospital to be treated for minor smoke inhalation.
It took over an hour for crews to extinguish the blaze, with the Queensland Fire Department confirming the fire had been put out by 10 am.
The house was visibly damaged by the blaze but the extent of damage was not yet known.
The fire investigation unit was notified of the incident and will investigate.
A GoFundMe has been set up for the family by a close friend.
