Police have allegedly found stolen weapons stashed at the home of one of the men arrested by specialist cops dressed as tradies at a Gold Coast service station.

Isaac Lincoln Edge Pryce, 27, and Zachary Sameul Anthony Skerry, 31, were nabbed by undercover Special Emergency Response Team officers wearing hi-vis at the Ampol service station at Burleigh Waters on Tuesday.

It was reported both men had been shot with rubber bullets and one tasered during the arrest.

Police allege Mr Edge Pryce, of Milora in the Scenic Rim region, had broken into a Bellbird Park home weeks earlier on November 20 and stolen several items, including firearms.

Detectives allegedly found the stolen weapons along with items taken from homes in Bundamba and Salisbury when they searched Mr Edge Pryce’s property this week.

Court documents further allege Mr Edge Pryce was growing marijuana at his Milora home.

He now faces several charges including enter dwelling and commit, receiving tainted property, unlawful possession of weapons, producing dangerous drugs, and unauthorised possession of explosives.

Mr Skerry was charged with several offences including serious assault of police, dangerous operation of a vehicle, and possessing dangerous drugs following his Burleigh arrest.

The two co-accused were initially transported to Gold Coast University Hospital before being moved to the Southport watchhouse.

Only Mr Skerry appeared in Southport Magistrates Court in person on Wednesday, waving and smiling from the dock at supporters in the courtroom gallery.

Neither he nor Mr Edge Pryce made an application for bail, with the latter to remain in custody on a return-to-prison warrant.

Mr Skerry’s case was adjourned to Thursday, and his co-accused’s to December 14.
