Two men have been arrested after an allegedly stolen SUV was disabled in a dramatic police pursuit on the Gold Coast.

Two people in an allegedly stolen car have been taken into custody after leading police on a dramatic pursuit along the Pacific Motorway on the Gold Coast.
Police used stingers to stop the vehicle after police helicopters tracked the allegedly stolen SUV travelling along the busy highway at Pimpama just before 3pm.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said it was a stolen vehicle that had been intercepted, and two men had been taken into custody.
