A man has been taken to hospital in a critical condition following a bus and scooter collision north of Brisbane on Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to a reported to an accident at the intersection of Bell St and Victoria Ave at 3pm.

According to the Queensland Ambulance Service, a man in his 20s was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with life-threatening head injuries.
