Firefighters have rushed to the scene of a shed fire in a rural area of Moreton Bay.

The Queensland Fire Department and Queensland Ambulance Service were tasked to the scene on Cove Rd, Commissioners Flat, to reports a shed had caught ablaze just before 5pm.

Fireys found the shed “well alight” upon arrival, and a QFD spokeswoman said two fire and rescue crews went to work to extinguish the blaze.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said paramedics were on scene, but no one required attention.

A Queensland Police Service spokesman said police were treating the blaze as non-suspicious at this stage.
