D’Aguilar Highway closed at Woolmar after serious truck crash

A major Queensland highway has been closed for more than five hours after a truck crash in the Somerset Region.

A major Queensland highway has been closed for more than five hours after a truck crash northwest of Brisbane.

Emergency crews arrived at a section of the D’Aguilar Highway near Hughes Rd at Woolmar, near Kilcoy, at 7.45am, following reports that a semi-trailer truck had veered off the highway.

The D’Aguilar Highway was closed in both directions following the crash, with traffic diverted from the D’Aguilar Highway via Esk Kilcoy Rd to Gregors Creek Rd to Brisbane Valley Highway.

The highway reopened about 1pm.

No one was injured in the crash.
