Three alleged members of the Rebels bikie gang arrested over an alleged planned attack which resulted in a man being shot in the leg at a Logan shopping centre have been refused bail.

SEVEN alleged members of the Rebels bikie gang will remain in custody over an attack that ended with a man being shot in the leg at a Logan shopping centre.
Ali Toufaili, 22, Fabian Nicholas Nemcek, 27, Faraidon Mansoor, 28, Coltyn Hai Vo, 22, and Michael Fetui, 31, are part of the group of seven men allegedly from the Rebels’ Logan-based chapter charged over the shooting at the Logan Hyperdome on Monday February 4.
None of the three accused are alleged to have pulled the trigger but are charged with being a party to the attack.
They applied for bail after being charged with intending to cause grievous bodily harm and affray, but were refused.
The other two accused - Toan Tri Tran, 32, and Lucas James Pain, 30 - briefly appeared in court but madeno bail applications.
Police are alleging the group went to the shopping centre for a pre-arranged meeting with two other men, but violence broke out when the meeting soured.
One of the alleged Rebels is accused of shooting one of the other men, who is accused of pulling out a machete.
The 27-year-old victim suffered a non-life threatening injury. He was charged with going armed to cause fear and appeared in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Police from Taskforce Maxima raided homes of the alleged Rebels on Friday and charged seven members with acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm and affray. Nemcek was also charged with drugs and weapons offences.
Police also arrested the alleged Logan Rebels president in Darwin and have made an application to extradite him to Queensland.
The court heard Nemcek was on bail for attempted murder for another shooting over a failed drug deal at the time of the Logan incident.
The court matters were adjourned until March 4, except for Tran who is expected to apply for bail on Monday.
