A teenage boy has been flown to hospital after suffering serious head injuries when he fell off a skateboard north of Sydney on Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to Kariong, on the Central Coast, about 8am after the boy fell while riding down a hill.
Paramedics and CareFlight’s specialist doctor treated the boy at the scene before he was flown to Royal North Shore Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
