DJ LJC, Pseudo Echo to perform at Alice Springs Masters Games

The Alice Springs Masters Games will return to Central Australia with a bang – with some of the country’s top acts taking centre stage in and around the sporting spectacle.
The Games with Heart will feature a line-up of crowd favourites and up-and-coming musicians at the Opening and Closing ceremonies from October 12-19.
The Opening Ceremony at TIO Traeger Park Oval will welcome the athletes with a march, Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony.
The concert will star DJ JLC, Australian rock band Taxiride featuring Jason Singh and Australian country music artist and songwriter, Brad Cox, from 5pm.
The event will be capped off with fireworks at 7pm, with plenty of family friendly entertainment as well.
Iconic Australian pop group Pseudo Echo, along with DJ LJC will bring the entertainment at Lasseters Centre to celebrate the achievements and fun of the games from 6pm on October 19.
The Alice Springs Masters Games began in 1986 and are the second oldest of their kind in the country, known to provide a fun and inclusive sporting competition.
They also provide a great opportunity to explore the Red Centre, and as such are supported by Northern Territory Major Events Company.
Territory AFL star Nathan Buckley was named as the ambassador for the games earlier this year, and hopes they will attract thousands to Alice Springs.
