At the end of the day however, when voters go for their democracy sausage on election day, they’ll be voting for the local candidate that will be represent the needs of their community in Canberra for the next three years.
As such, your local member has a far greater impact on your day-to-day life than the person living in The Lodge.
Below is a tool to help you find who is running in your seat, as well as who your current member is, and how your area voted in the last election in 2019.
