More than 20 gin distillers will make the journey to the Top End together with some of Australia’s favourite musical artists for the 2025 Top End Gin Festival.
The 2025 edition of “Australia’s most fun gin festival”, headlined by The Temper Trap, kicks off at 2pm on May 24, with the full music line-up announced on Friday.
Artists confirmed to appear include 23-year-old Sycco, a first nations songwriter with more than 120 million streams, who burst onto the national scene after teaching herself music production in her bedroom in high school.
Sycco has had songs appear in the Hot 100 countdown twice, supported international acts like Tame Impala and Glass Animals, and has appeared at some of Australia’s premier festivals, including Laneway, Splendour in the Grass, Beyond The Valley, Spilt Milk House Party, and triple j’s One Night Stand.
Also on the bill are SXNCELLO, known for their signature electronic music that combines saxophone and electric cello.
Joining them on the line-up are Bella Maree, Adam Heffernan, as well as a local cohort of DJs for Discotheque, including DJ UK, HelloDisco, Hoops, DJ Jane Doe, Tackeh Jackeh and Queen Y Showcasing DJ Ellesstea.
For the first time this year, the Top End Gin Festival and Darwin Street Art Festival will also be collaborating, showcasing artists painting live at the Gin Festival – along with plenty of local food vendors.
The 2025 Top End Gin Festival takes place Saturday, May 24, from 2pm-11pm at Darwin Ski Club.
