Woman hospitalised with serious chemical burns
A woman has received first-degree chemical burns to her face and legs at a Gold Coast home after coming into contact with chlorine.

A WOMAN has received first-degree burns after being exposed to chlorine at a home in Mudgeeraba.
The female in her 30s was reported to have been burned by the chemical on her legs and face just before 6pm.
A man has also been assessed by paramedics for breathing difficulties after also coming into contact with the chemical.
The woman was transported to Gold Coast University in a serious but stable condition with High Acuity Response Unity on board at 6.30pm.
The man has also been transported to hospital in a stable condition.
Three Queensland ambulance crews were on scene as well as critical care paramedics and the High Acuity Response Unit.
