Two teenagers, aged 13 and 18, have been found by police after they went missing on the Gold Coast in separate circumstances.

The family members of the 13-year-old were thrown into a panic after he went missing from the Runaway Bay area late Thursday evening and did not return home or make contact for four days.

Fears were sparked over his welfare due to a medical condition.

He was located by police Monday afternoon.

Another teenager, Thomas Bourke, 18, had not returned home or made contact with family after leaving a Robina address on Saturday. He was due to return to his family home the same night to a Regents Park address in Logan.

Police located Mr Bourke late Monday.

Both boys were found “safe and well”, according to Queensland Police Service.
