A young boy has been taken to hospital after a “post-immersion” incident at a popular Gold Coast campground.
Ambulance crews were called to the Big4 Holiday Park at Siganto Drive in Helensvale to attend to the boy at 4.30pm on Wednesday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said the toddler was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
