A toddler has been rushed to hospital with burns injuries after he reportedly fell into a firepit at a property in the Gold Coast hinterland.
Paramedics were called to a private residence at Tallai around 4pm Saturday following the incident.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the boy was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with burns to his legs and abdomen.
