Police have advised motorists to avoid a major Gold Coast road after a serious motorcycle and car crash.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services were called to a vehicle and motorcycle crash on Oxley Drive in Coombabah at around 9am on Wednesday.

Paramedics assessed a man in his 30s for a leg injury and was taken to Gold Coast University hospital in a stable condition.
A Gold Coast police spokesperson said the forensic crash unit was investigating the incident.
They said there had diversions in place and motorists were urged to avoid the area if possible.
The road was opened at 11.36am on Wednesday.
