AFTER her very public and emotional struggle to fall pregnant with IVF, Hot Tomato radio personality Emily Jade O’Keeffe has today announced she is pregnant with her second “miracle” baby.

She announced the exciting news that her and husband Gerard Murtagh were expecting bub number two during the Flan and Emily Jade with Christo show this morning.

Their daughter Millie Valentine will become a big sister when her new sibling arrives in June.

Ms O’Keeffe, who is 19 weeks pregnant, has been vocal about her heartbreaking struggles to fall pregnant saying she was “very emotional” it had finally happened again.

“It has taken five years, 260 weeks, 1825 days and 2.3 million minutes to make this baby,” she said on her radio show this morning.

“We just waited a while to tell everyone because of what we’ve been through to make sure that we got to a point were we wouldn’t disappoint not only our hearts but everyone elses.”

She said daughter Millie, 6, had been very emotional and “very excited” about her new big sister status.

“We told her on Christmas, it was her Christmas present,” she said.

“She wrote three letters to Santa, told Santa sitting on his lap and even told the elves that that’s what she wanted for Christmas.
“We spent too much money to give Santa the credit for this.”
