A $13 MILLION learning precinct at one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive schools has been officially opened to the public.
After five years of construction the ribbon was cut yesterday on the Winton Centre at A.B. Paterson College, which has been dubbed “a learning precinct without rival” on the Gold Coast.
Boasting the most advanced technology the centre will provide staff with innovative, flexible and engaging spaces to help develop our Pre-Prep to Year 12 students into young leaders.

“A building of this nature does not simply get ‘built’, but rather has percolated in the minds of those most intimately involved for a period of five years,” Principal Brian Grimes said.
The Winton Centre name and interior theme honours the connection between A.B. Paterson College and the Western Queensland town of Winton – the destination of an annual 10 day trek Year 6 students.
