Police are investigating after a 41-year-old woman was rushed to hospital in a serious condition after a horror e-scooter crash on the Gold Coast overnight.
Paramedics were called to Labrador around 9.30pm Monday where it is alleged the e-scooter struck a kerb at the intersection of Harris Street and Robert Street.
The Labrador woman was treated at the scene for a head injury and taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
