Man seriously injured after a vehicle rolled down a hill in the Gold Coast hinterland

A MAN has been taken to hospital in a serious condition after a car rolled down a hill in the Gold Coast hinterland.

A PERSON has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into a warehouse in Labrador this afternoon.

The incident occured at about 4pm near the corner of Turpin Road and Brisbane Road.

One person was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with unknown injuries.

Earlier a man was taken to hospital in a serious condition after a car rolled down a hill in the Gold Coast hinterland.

The single vehicle crash occurred at about 1pm on Nathan Homestead Road.

Five crews of paramedics arrived at the scene and assessed an elderly couple.

An ambulance spokeswoman said the man, believed to be in his 70s, had been transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with possible internal and abdominal injuries.

The female patient was also taken to hospital in a stable condition with head lacerations.

Meanwhile another vehicle crashed into a pole in Hollywell at about 1.10pm this afternoon.

A woman in her 70s is believed to have suffered minor injuries in the crash, which occurred on Oxely Drive and Columbus Drive.
