Savage assault at World Gym, Mt Gravatt on evening of March 12
A man has been bashed in a savage attack outside a Brisbane gym, with police saying the attacker waited outside the facility for an hour before his victim emerged.

Police say an attacker waited patiently outside a Brisbane gym for an hour while his target worked out inside, launching a brutal attack as he left.
According to police, around 9pm on March 12 two men were training at World Gym in Mt Gravatt prior to an assault occurring.
A man left the gym and waited outside for an hour until the victim came out and he punched the 21-year-old Spring Mountain man hard in the face.
Police believe the two men were known to each other.
The victim was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with a badly broken nose.
The attacker left the scene in a car after the assault.
The offender has been identified by police but he has not been located or charged at this stage.
Police continue to investigate.
