A motorcyclist who was on his way to work as a protective services officer in Logan has tragically died from injuries caused by the crash. The father-of-four leaves behind his pregnant wife.

Patrick Achaye Bosco tragically died in a Hillcrest motorbike crash and has been remembered as a loving, role model to his community.

A motorcyclist on his way to work as a protective services officer in Logan has been remembered as a role model who was loved by all after dying from injuries caused in the crash.

Patrick Achaye Bosco, 45, was travelling to work on October 26 when his motorbike and a car collided in Hillcrest.

The Regents Park father-of-four was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital and tragically died on the evening of November 6, surrounded by loved ones.

The 30-year-old Loganlea male driver of the car was also taken to hospital.

Police continue to investigate.

Mr Bosco leaves behind a pregnant wife and four children and has been remembered as a loving role model who was embraced by his community.

“He was one of the most gentle and kind souls we have ever known,” Geoffrey Ochan said in a GoFundMe created to help his family.

“Patrick was a father, husband, brother and a good role model to many.

“He fought for his life and passed on surrounded by family, friends and a great team of co-workers that visited him.

“He was truly loved by all.”

The funeral will take place on December 2.

The family state they were grateful for any help that could be provided.

“We continue to pray for Patrick that his soul may rest in peace,’’ they said.

“His legacy and memories shall remain with us and will be cherished forever.”
