A woman has been charged after security guards at a Logan court allegedly found ammunition rounds and drugs during a bag search as she tried to walk inside.

A woman has been charged after security guards at a Logan court allegedly found ammunition rounds and drugs during a bag search as she tried to walk inside.
The woman, 26, attempted to enter Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Tuesday (July 4) with a man but was detained after a routine searched by security at the front door.
An inspection allegedly revealed she was carrying ammunition rounds, cannabis and methamphetamine in her bag.
She has been given a notice to appear on two charges of possessing dangerous drugs and a charge of possess utensils and authority required to possess explosives (ammunition).
Queensland Police confirmed officers detained the pair.
“Police responded to a location along Kent St around 11.30am on July 4 following reports security had located a quantity of drugs in a person’s belongings,” a Queensland Police spokesperson said.
“Police attended and took a man and woman into custody.”
The man has not been charged.
