Kingston fire: Police investigate ‘suspicious’ blaze on Spruce Street
UPDATE: Police are on scene today investigating a suspicious fire that engulfed a home south of Brisbane on Tuesday night. They say “undesirables’’ may have lit the blaze and fled.

A fire overnight on Tuesday, May 21 at a vacant Logan house is suspicious and “undesirables’’ may have lit the blaze and fled, police say.
Four fire crews were called to the scene of the house, vacant for several years.
But the Spruce St, Kingston, property was well ablaza when they arrived at 10.15pm.
No occupants were reported on scene.
Crews worked till 11.30pm to extinguish the blaze and left the scene at midnight, leaving police in charge of the scene.
A QPS spokesperson said the fire appeared to be suspicious from initial QFES investigations but further investigations are ongoing.
