A young Marsden meth addict has landed back in court after he allegedly got caught driving dangerously a car before crashing it in Kingston.
Dylon Neville Ashford, 24, was mentioned in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Monday facing six charges including dangerous operation of a vehicle, failing to comply with duties of drivers involved in a crash, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and driving without a licenced disqualified.
Police will allege Ashford dangerously operated a vehicle and was subsequently involved in a crash on Yalumba St, Kingston on September 17.
It comes after Ashford was sentenced for similar offending, including three charges for unlawful use of a motor vehicle, at Beenleigh in June and told the court of how his methamphetamine addiction “completely overcame him”.
The 24-year-old’s matters have been adjourned until January 11, 2022.
