Bayli Anakin Gaiter faced Beenleigh Magistrates Court on May 27 charged with one count of trespass to unlawfully enter or remain in yard or place of business.
The 24-year-old Logan Central man was also charged with one count of stealing and breach of bail.
Police alleged Mr Gaiter committed the trespassing offence on March 4 in Kingston and the breach of bail offence on March 12 in Logan Central.
Mr Gaiter also allegedly stole items on March 4 in Kingston.
Defence lawyer Hannah Wallace told the court there were further charges expected to be laid against her client.
“I’m seeking an adjournment as further charges are pending that will be dealt with in Ipswich Magistrates Court,” she said.
“The charges will likely be a plea of guilty and can be dealt with at the same time.”
Magistrate Terry Duroux listed the matters for mention in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on June 11, pending any future charges to be laid against Mr Gaiter.
“We will allow those matters to be sorted out, you are remanded back to court one on June 11 and your bail is enlarged,” Mr Duroux said.
