A pop-up tour by famed American burger joint In-N-Out hits the Gold Coast today after people queued for blocks in major cities to get one.
Thousands of Gold Coasters are expected to line up at Bine Bar and Dining in Nobby’s Beach for a chance to down to down one of the famous juicy burgers.
The renowned burger joint based in California is famous for serving up made-to-order shakes, burgers and fries with special sauce.
Representatives from the American firm will fire up the grill from 11am to 2pm.
The burger joint will entirely take over the Nobby’s venue today to prepare their special recipes, sauce and buns.
Bine Bar and Dining owner Scott Imlach said after thousands of punters lined up at the first South East Queensland pop-up at Brisbane’s Archive Beer Boutique on Tuesday, they were expecting “mayhem tomorrow”.

“In-N-Out approached us five months ago and are using Bine Bar and Dining as the next destination for a pop up,” he said. “It was only released this morning, my staff did not know about it.
“It is exciting,” he said, adding they had 500 burgers tops with soft drink but no alcohol sales.
“After seeing the masses in Brisbane we are expecting over 1000 people tomorrow. I just recommend you get in quick.
“We are putting up barriers because we think it will be a little mental.”
In-N-Out’s Nobby Beach pop-up will serve up the Double-Double, Animal-Style and Protein-Style burgers for $4 each. They will not be selling In-N-Out fries.
Mr Imalach said he was a “huge fan” of the American staple.
“I have their burgers every time I go to Los Angeles and Las Vegas,” he said.
“I am a big fan so that is one of the reasons we are doing it. I love the Double Cheese Burger. I also love their fries, but they will not be on the menu.
“It all literally melts in your mouth.”

He said the American business selected Bine Bar and Dining as their location of choice to cater to the local market, rather than tourists.
“In-N-Out are encouraging everyone to eat in-house.”
Previous In-N-Out pop ups in Sydney and Melbourne have sold out in under 30 minutes.
