The car park is currently accessed from Country Club Drive, which is often lined by cars when the car park is full at busy times.
Images showed that the light rail station car park will in future be bordered by the Coomera Connector when it is completed, with no access points visible from the new highway.

The plans allow for an underpass from Country Club Dr to maintain access to the existing car park.
“All car parks on the eastern side of the Helensvale light rail station will be maintained,” a spokesperson told the Bulletin.
“An underpass under the Coomera Connector will provide access to the car park via Country Club Drive, replacing the current access points.
“Internal movements within the car park and the kiss’n’ride facility may need to change to accommodate this updated access point.
“The redesigned car park will form part of the reference design that is being developed as part of the Stage 1 Coomera Connector business case.”
