THE HORN and Pacquiao blockbuster bout in Brisbane was not the only big fight in south east Queensland over the weekend.

Two six foot blocks of solid muscle squared off against each other in the Currumbin Valley on Saturday.

A Gold Coast City Council officer, who wishes to remain anonymous, caught the two red kangaroos sorting out their differences in a field on the Saturday.

Originally posted to the City of Gold Coast Facebook page, the prequel Horn fight has already racked up more than 42,000 views.

The video shows two roos sizing each other up before grabbing each other in a hold.

The roos then use their back legs to kick out at each other.

Like Horn and Pacquiao the bout was close both roos getting in some quality blows.

But unfortunately the video ends before a winner can be determined.
