V8 Supercar drivers came face-to-face with a different sort of danger on Monday morning when they were recruited for the Hollywood stunt show at Movie World.
The team of drivers, including Chaz Mostert, Paul Morris, Tim Slade, Rick Kelly, David Reynolds and Warren Luff, were transformed into props for the 30-minute extravaganza.
Stunt riders soared over their heads and doughnuts were done around them before the drivers spent time swapping stories with the Movie World crew.
The stunt show is just one of the events drivers are squeezing in before the real action starts on Saturday.
Today Mostert and Mark Winterbottom will face off in a kart race at Game Over Indoor Kart Track.
On Wednesday drivers will compete against Miss V8 Supercar finalists in a volleyball challenge at Surfers Paradise.
