Evelyn Miller has two vaginas.

While most will do a double-take when reading that sentence, she has had 14 years to wrap her head around the medical anomaly – even making it part of her career.

The 34-year-old mother of two was just 20 when it was discovered she had the most severe mutation of an extremely rare condition – uterus didelphys.

“So I have one labia, two vaginas, right and left – sort of like a shotgun,” Ms Miller says matter-of-factly.

Growing up Evelyn said she knew something was wrong – ignoring the matter until she fell pregnant at 20.

Evelyn Miller was born with uterus didelphys, an extremely rare condition when someone is born with 2 uteruses, and in Evelyn's case 2 vaginas, 2 cervixes, one ovary on each side. Picture: Glenn Hampson

“I grew up on a farm with my dad so I couldn’t exactly ask him to see what was wrong,” she said.

“When I fell pregnant I decided to terminate – they woke me up in recovery and told me I was still pregnant. They went in one side and saw it wasn’t there and realised I had two vaginas and it was in the other side.

“Each vagina goes into its own cervix, own uterus, and then one ovary on each side.”

The doctors told her they held off terminating because her chances of getting pregnant again would be difficult.

“That was hard, because I woke up still pregnant, and then to have to decide to have another termination – I felt like that was God smiting me or something, but it was good to know what was wrong,” she said.

Evelyn said after her diagnosis things started to fall into place and she was finally able to rediscover herself and her body.

She has since had two children, a two-year-old and a three-year-old – both from her right uterus.

“The uteruses are very small, so they only got to two kilos,” Evelyn said.

“I had to have a C-section, because I would probably die in childbirth.”

However Evelyn said the biggest risk of her condition is the ability to fall pregnant twice – at the same time even to two different men.

“I have two periods, two tampons and ovulate in each side at the same time every month, so if I have sex in both (vaginas) when I’m ovulating, then I can be pregnant in both,” she said.

“They would be siblings, not twins.”

Evelyn said the medical condition has paid off – going from a nursing career where she was “underpaid” and “treated like s**t” to the adult industry – raking in $60,000 in her highest grossing week on OnlyFans.

“Before that – years ago – I was escorting and I used to use one side for my then boyfriend and the left one that I don’t really like – that one was my work,” she said.

“It sounds so twisted, and people were so judgmental, but I don’t really care – it was easy to disassociate or differentiate between personal life and work.”

Evelyn said she quit escorting “years ago” and started filming adult content with her husband after he made the suggestion.

“So we did that and again - one side is for my husband and the other is for work,” she said.

“If definitely impacts your relationship and intimacy, so we took a step back.

Guys think it’s so cool when they do OnlyFans – but it would stress him out. On paper it sounds great but it’s so clinical. There’s always a fantasy but the reality is a different matter, especially when there’s a camera involved.”
