THE Gold Coast has scored an early dose of spring heat, with the temperature set to soar to 26C by tomorrow in parts of the city.
The weather is expected to stay fine and sunny for most of the week, with the Coast recording daytime temperatures from 23C-26C through until at least Sunday.
Surfers Paradise is forecast to be the warmest part of the city tomorrow while other suburbs will hover around 25C by lunchtime.

Wednesday is also predicted to be similarly warm.
The sunny days will come as a relief to locals, who have shivered through colder than average mornings on the Coast in recent weeks.
Overnight the temperature dipped to 9.1C at Coolangatta, 10.9C at the Gold Coast Seaway.
West of the Gold Coast Canungra recorded 2.1C this morning.
But don’t pack away the winter warmies too soon, with overnight lows still expected to bring a chilly 7C this week.
