Gold Coast traffic: M1 truck sideswipes multiple cars after apparent medical incident
A man has been taken to hospital after a truck sideswiped multiple cars on the Pacific Motorway.

A TRUCK has sideswiped multiple cars on the M1 after an apparent medical incident this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the southbound lanes of the Pacific Motorway near Exit 49 at Pimpama.
#Update one patient is being transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition , following an earlier crash on the M1 there were no other patients injured #Pimpama.

The truck reportedly swerved across several lanes and hit multiple cars.
According to QLD Traffic, there is some traffic congestion in the area.
The driver has been taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
No one else was injured.
