A PAIR of teens have been charged with an armed robbery in Surfers Paradise overnight.
Police allege the two 13-year-old boys threatened a 22-year-old male employee with a hammer before fleeing on foot at 8:30pm last night.
Police say the couple stole a quantity alcohol from the Surfers Paradise liquor on Hanlon Street.
Police on patrol arrested two teens soon after in the nearby vicinity.
The boys are from Bethania and Kingston.
No one was physically injured during the alleged robbery.
Police are appealing to members of the public who may have more information.
