2/12Ricki-Lee Coulter. NOW: An Australian singer, songwriter, television and radio presenter, Ricki-Lee began performing at the age of 15 and rose to fame in 2004 on the second season of Australian Idol, placing seventh overall. She earned her first ARIA Music Award nomination for song “Do It Like That” in 2012, nominated for Song of the Year. She is currently the host of Australia’s Got Talent. Picture credit Max Doyle
3/12Russ Crane, AO, CSM. NOW: Crane is a retired senior officer of the Royal Australian Navy, serving as Chief of Navy until his retirement in mid-2011. He was awarded the Conspicuous Service Medal in early 2000 for his time in command of the HMAS Success, and was promoted to commodore and appointed Director General Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare. He became the Deputy Chief of Navy in June 2006, and was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia the following year. He succeeded Vice Admiral Russ Shalders as Chief of Navy in July 2008.
4/12Fred Hilmer, AO. Professor Hilmer is an Australian academic and business figure, appointed the President and eighth Vice-Chancellor of the University of New South Wales between 2006-2015. He has served as the director and Deputy-Chairman of the Westfield Group since 1991.
5/12Stefan Dennis. NOW: An actor, Stefan is best known for playing Neighbours villain Paul Robinson from its first episode in 1985, continuing the role today. 6/12Peter Lawlor. NOW: Lawlor is a former Labor Member for Southport and served as the Queensland Minister for Tourism and Fair Trading. He served as a Gold Coast City Councillor for two terms until 1994, and campaigned on environmental issues and protecting the Gold Coast Broadwater.
7/12Jodhi Meares. NOW: Jodhi is an Australian model, television personality and fashion designer.
8/12Clive Palmer. NOW: Palmer is an Australian businessman and politician with iron ore, nickel and coal holdings. He owns Mineralogy, Waratah Coal, Queensland Nickel at Townsville, as well as other properties around Australia including the Palmer Colonial Golf Course at Robina and the Palmer Gold Coast Gold Coast. 11/12Amy Shark. NOW: Amy is an ARIA award-winning indie pop singer-songwriter, best known for her 2016 single “Adore”, which ranked as number two on that year’s Triple J Hottest 100. Her debut album debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart.
12/12Miles Stewart (L, pictured with athlete Courtney Atkinson). NOW: Miles is a triathlon athlete, originally a speed skater. He’s a three-time winner of the Hervey Bay Triathlon, won a silver medal the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester and competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
