Here’s your guide to Schoolies 2019.
PHOTO ID
If you book through Schoolies.com you'll get a free Photo ID, containing your name, photo and other details about your booking.
This will be your passport to the best parties and beach festivals, as well as discounts and special offers around the city.
The offer is exclusive to Schoolies.com bookings.
Your photo is used by hotel security to identify you, so don’t upload anything silly. It will be available to you at your accommodation check-in.
All Schoolies Photo IDs needed to be uploaded 60 days prior to your travel date or a $60 late fee applies.
Your Schoolies Photo ID is not a proof of age card. To access government events, you will need to get a Schoolies wristband.
WRISTBANDS
Schoolies wristbands prove you are a genuine Year 12 school-leaver, giving you access to Safer Schoolies initiatives and support services.
Either register online or produce a valid Australian Year 12 photo ID on arrival at your destination.
If your Year 12 ID does not include a photo or your year level, you will need a driver’s licence or passport and a letter from your school confirming your year level.
The Wristband Centre is located in Cypress Ave, Surfers Paradise, from 11am-8pm Saturday and 6-8pm Sunday to Friday.
Some destinations require you to have a Schoolies wristband for entry.
