THE Logie Awards is putting on a free lead-up concert for fans to mingle with small screen stars, get a photo with a Logie gong and win VIP red carpet tickets to the big night.
ARIA award-winning Conrad Sewell will headline the freebie TV WEEK Logies Stars in the Park at Kurrawa, Broadbeach, this coming Friday.

He will be joined at the do by Gardening Australia landscape architect presenter Costa Georgiadis plus former Neighbours and Home and Away soap stars Eve Morey, Ryan Moloney, Bonnie Anderson and Bernard Curry.
Samoan Kiwi actor Robbie Magasiva from the Naked Samoans comedy troupe will also attend along with Fox League presenters.
Other novelties for the event include The Voice Australia’s big red chair for photos whilst Sea FM Breakfast hosts Ben Hannant and Dan Anstey will broadcast live.
Food trucks and other live entertainment will also be put on.

TV WEEK Editor Thomas Woodgate said it was a perfect warm-up event for the awards, held on the Gold Coast for the second year running.
“Fans will get a chance to get up close to some of their favourite TV stars, take a selfie with a Logie and have a great deal of fun at the same time. Plus, fans have the chance to win exclusive VIP passes to the red carpet.
“I’m genuinely excited, as it’s the first time we’ve hosted a pre-event such as this.”
Mayor Tom Tate said he encouraged Gold Coasters to experience some of the glamour, behind-the-scenes sets and meet their favourite TV and pop stars.
“The Gold Coast is already Australia’s home of film production. With the Logies in town, we can showcase our sound stages and production facilities to some of the best talent in TV.”
Star Entertainment Group Queensland managing director Geoff Hogg said: “The Star Gold Coast is thrilled to be welcoming back Australia’s most celebrated awards ceremony.”
The Logie Awards lead-up fans party runs 4pm to 6pm this Friday at Kurrawa Park, Broadbeach.
