A BRISBANE developer has unveiled plans for a New York-inspired residential tower on Chevron Island.
Ention Properties has filed plans with the council for Greenwich, a 15-storey tower earmarked for the corner of Anembo and Aruma streets.

Inspired by the iconic Flatiron building, it will have 46 units with a mixture of two and three-bedroom units and four-bedroom penthouse.
Ention director Trent Thoroughgood said: “As the project has evolved our discussion always came back to two things, a New York arts vibe located across from a beautiful leafy green park, and the sophisticated architectural facade elevating the Gold Coast to a mature city.
“The proximity of the project to Gold Coast’s Home of The Arts made it the perfect fit to capture a distinctly artsy character, set mere moments from the city’s art capital,” he said.
“HOTA’s arrival reinvigorated Chevron Island with a new lease on life and we are excited to be extending this into the creation of a magnificent residential landmark that is in touch with the island’s character.”
