THE facelift in the heart of Palm Beach’s central business district continues with a new residential tower planned for a site on the future light rail route.

Developer Potter Howard has filed plans for a six-storey residential building on a 549sq m site bordering both the Gold Coast Highway and Jefferson Lane.

Plans filed with council this week show it will have just eight units, with two planned for each floor.
