A developer has finally taken the wraps off a luxury tower, where a unit will set you back the price of a mansion on Millionaires’ Row, Hedges Ave.

The seven units inside the Palm Beach tower, named 15 Jefferson Lane, have been released to the market, unusually after construction was completed.

The 260sq m units at the boutique project, built on absolute beachfront by developers Kazumi Nakagawa and Jason Kennedy, are priced from $4.3 million each.

Mr Kennedy said his team had wanted to “create perfection”.

The project was designed to reflect similar projects found on Sydney’s exclusive north shore.

Unusual features of the units include floors made of aged French oak and Italian Calacatta Oro marble which lines the kitchens and bathrooms.
