THE founders of streetwear empire Culture Kings have unveiled plans to dramatically expand their Gold Coast mega mansion to create a giant Bali-style “pool zone”.

Tah-nee Beard has filed plans to redevelop Riverpoint, their Nerang River-fronting property at

Surfers Paradise’s La Scala Court, to incorporate the mansion next door into the existing complex.

New features will include the giant new pool, a fitness and recovery area, a guest suite and outdoor living spaces with a fire pit.
