BURLEIGH Heads’ newest tower has been revealed, just a handful of weeks before it is set to open.
Scaffolding began coming off Goodwin Terrace’s Norfolk tower this week as builders enter the final phase of construction on the 10-level residential complex replacing The Fish House restaurant.

Work is expected to wrap up on the boutique project in March.
Both Norfolk and neighbouring tower Luna are being built by Brisbane-based developer David Calvisi.
Construction of the eight-level Luna began late last year and is due to be finished in July.
The majority of Norfolk’s unit buyers came from Brisbane while Luna was largely snapped up by Victorians.

The pair of towers are among five projects being developed in and around the corner of Goodwin Terrace and the Gold Coast Highway where the $709 million Broadbeach to Burleigh extension of the light rail will end.
A report by town planning firm Urbis released in December revealed more than $5 billion in development was in the pipeline or under construction in the Burleigh-Miami precinct.
The latest, filed with council in early January, was Kailua, an 11-storey mixed-use residential and commercial tower which will also become home to a cafe.
It will neighbour the multimillion-dollar proposed redevelopment of the historic Old Burleigh Arcade into a 14-storey residential tower.
