CONSTRUCTION of the Gold Coast’s newest luxury tower is imminent.
Ground will soon break on the $220 million Signature Broadbeach tower after strong off-the-plan sales.
The high-end 35-storey tower, put forward by former Toll Holdings and Essendon Football Club chairman Paul Little, is expected to be completed by early 2021.

Earmarked for a site on Philip Ave, the 256-unit tower will join a flurry of tower development in the area along with the $450 million The Star Residences and Dorsett Hotel.
In the latest step towards construction, a Gold Coast-based company has snatched the management rights to the tower in what it says is one of the largest deals of its kind.
WHY THESE UNITS ARE SO POPULAR
The deal, worth more than $10 million, was secured by ULTIQA Hotels and Resorts over 20 other local and international companies.
It grants the company rights over the tower for 25 years, covering the maintenance, letting and real estate rights.
Little Projects Director, Leighton Pyke said the decision was made based on the local company’s strength.
‘’ULTIQA’s proven track record of delivering outstanding leisure experiences was a standout for us,” he said.
We are confident that the appointment will provide long-term value for all our Signature owner-occupiers and investors, and that all guests will appreciate the Signature lifestyle experience.’’

Units at Signature sell for $469,000 for one-bedroom, $619,000 for two-bedroom and $1.74m for three-bedroom dwellings.
