Finalists announced: Which is the best Thai restaurant on the Gold Coast?

After hundreds of nominations we have named the top Thai restaurants which are sprawled across the Gold Coast.

Now we are on the hunt to crown the best in the city, but we need your help. Vote in the poll down below to secure your pick.

The competition was fierce this year, with some new restaurants on the scene stirring up the usual pickings.

“More Thai is the best in the southern hemisphere,” Vandana Leslie said.

Belinda Austin said Thai Harbour Delights was “hands down the best” in Hope Island.

While, Valyn Thai Restaurant and Bar were hoping to take back-to-back wins for the competition.

Last year, Valyn Thai Restaurant and Bar owners Pattaree Jiranuchaiwattana (Pat) Vitchaya Hasitawet (Alex) said they felt “out of this world” after finishing on top in the Bulletin readers’ poll.

Nominations, via the comment section on our Facebook post, will be calculated and finalists will be announced on Friday, June 27 at 6pm.

Finalist voting will be a subscriber-only poll vote that runs on the Bulletin website.

The poll will close on Friday, July 4 at 6pm.

The winner will be announced in the Gold Coast Bulletin paper and online.

**Note nominations from outside the City of Gold Coast will not be counted**
