“There has been a lot of ups and downs in the past couple of years but our staff always kept smiles on their faces,” she said.

“Our staff have always been the main reason for our success.”

Ms Mitchell said they change 25 per cent their menu seasonally to ensure customers are getting a new experience each time, but will always keep some favourite items including their Ravioli and Bao buns.

“We have a couple of favourite items on our menu that we have had since day one,” she said.

“We want to make sure our customers have fresh things to try but also still have their favourites.”

Ms Mitchell said they were proud to be a part of Broadbeach’s boom over the past couple of years and had high hopes for the future.

“The restaurants around us are of a very high calibre,” she said.

“Over the past couple of years and even more recent times, we tried to stay open as much as we could.

“We feel our customers have rewarded us in return.”
