A teenager has been taken to hospital in a serious condition after she was allegedly wounded at a Gold Coast home this afternoon.
Paramedics were called at about 4.15pm, with police called half an hour later to reports of a wounding at Nalla Court, Palm Beach.
#PalmBeach - Paramedics attended an alleged wounding at a private residence reported at 4.12pm. A patient with a chest wound was transported in a serious condition to Gold Coast University Hospital with critical care paramedics in support.

The 17-year-old was allegedly wounded in the chest with a knife.
Police sources say the injury is life-threatening.
It is alleged there was a disturbance between four people before the attack.
Four ambulance units, including a critical care paramedic, tended to the female teenager.
She was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
Police are investigating, with a 19-year-old man assisting police with inquiries.
Those involved are believed to be known to each other.
